Our Client is an agricultural smallholding in need of a new outbuilding which is necessary for the continuation of the business.
The prior notification route is a technical process and relies upon both compliance with the General Permitted Development Order and with the assessment of the Local Planning Authority (LPA) concerning flood risk, contamination and an assessment as to whether the proposal is necessary and reasonable for its purpose of use.
