Your Application will be received by the Local Planning Authority (LPA) and registered where it meets their minimum validation requirements.
Dependent on your location and Local Planning Authority (LPA), you may be required to submit additional supporting material such as (but not limited to):
Flood Risk Assessment;
Design & Access Statement;
Arboricultural Tree Survey;
Preliminary Ecological Appraisal
Rubix will provide you with your LPA's guidelines and can provide support to meet LPA validation requirements.
