Your application will require accurate scaled drawings to show your existing property, and a set of drawings to present your proposal.
Householder Planning Applications take 8 weeks to determine from the point at which they are registered by the Local Planning Authority.
This type of application requires the LPA to invite the public to comment on your proposal. For large or complex householder applications, Rubix encourages pre-application discussions where this may be helpful.
Your Application will be received by the Local Planning Authority (LPA) and registered where it meets their minimum validation requirements.
Dependent on your location and Local Planning Authority (LPA), you may be required to submit additional supporting material such as (but not limited to):
Flood Risk Assessment;
Design & Access Statement;
Arboricultural Tree Survey;
Preliminary Ecological Appraisal
