Rubix Planning is proud to announce a recent approval for a flat development in Wallington, Sutton.


Our Client engaged Rubix to prepare and submit a full planning application to the Council, to demolish the existing bungalow and construct a three-storey detached building to provide 6 self-contained residential units with car parking bays to the front and provision of detached cycle and refuse stores.


The proposed development was considered by the Council to be well-designed, sitting comfortably on the site and contributing to the surrounding character of the area. It was agreed that the development would provide a good standard of accommodation for future occupants and would avoid any adverse impacts on neighbours. The site is a windfall site in a sustainable, accessible urban area, and the development shall contribute towards the Council’s housing targets.
